DW 728 LGR – Field Data Acquisition and Communication Equipment

The DW 728 LGR is an autonomous control device for field data collection and remote data transmission, which is widely applicable to the collection, registration and monitoring of potentially explosive atmospheric gas, petroleum, pharmaceuticals and metering points.
Using the device, analog and digital signals from field sensors, such as technology and consumption data, can be recorded in high resolution, can be displayed on the integrated display or sent to the dedicated central application. The integrated bus system makes it convenient for local communication with other devices as well.

  • Service mode for maintenance time (no alarms are generated in this mode, so they do not communicate with the control panel)
MULTI POWER
  • With the multi-power solution, devices can accept two element modules (master-slave) and an external power supply. The external power supply can be a 230 VAC power supply or solar cell solution.
  • Thanks to the multi-power solution, it is available to fully discharging the telecom and to make the exchanges timely and predictably.
  • In the 1-element solution, due to the need for guaranteed operation (not expected to be fully exhausted, due to the shutdown of the equipment), usually there will be a reserve of 10-15% between the planned exchanges or, in case of bad timing, operational problems.
  • With the predictable battery replacement and full discharging are a major advantage as system availability increases, and financial benefits can also be gained by utilizing the remaining unused power of 10-15%.
MQTT PROTOCOL
  • The equipment has been developed with an industry standard protocol, the MQ Telemetry Transport protocol, that is MQTT.
  • This allows users, operators, and system integrators to use or integrate devices in any software environment and integrate them into existing applications.
BLUETOOTH MODULE
  • Typically, direct contact is required to locate the historical data of field equipment, so work is done in explosive areas.
  • A Bluetooth module is integrated into the device, which does not require direct connection between the equipment and the laptop connected to it, so that work can be carried out outside the explosive area, even from the vehicle.
  • Communication is encrypted and trusted.
