Diwi Pro is an autonomous monitoring device for field data acquisition and data transmission functions, which can be widely used for data collection, registration and monitoring tasks of typically potentially explosive gas, oil, pharmaceutical industry stations and measuring points.
Using the equipment, the consumption and technology -analogue and/or digital- signals from field sensors can be logged via pulse-based, serial RS232 and RS485 bus systems at different resolutions according to customer requirements, and can be displayed on the integrated display of the more complex Diwi Terminal if required.
The integrated bus system also makes the device suitable for local communication with other equipment. The device has its own power supply, which provides high autonomy and up to 10 years of maintenance-free operation depending on the application required. The communication between the field device and the central application is via GPRS communication. Optionally, the equipment can also be equipped with a high-gain external antenna if local reception conditions so require.
